How do I return?
Please go to the return portal to return your package. Please note that you need to have a tracking code when you return you package. That way you and Baindoux can follow your shipment.

How will I be refunded?
Your refund will be processed automatically as soon as we have received the returned package at our warehouse in Portugal. Depending on your chosen payment method you will receive your refund within 2 to 5 working days.

Do I need to pay for my return?
Yes you have to pay the shipping costs for your return.
